Moon Glow luminous glow in the dark face and body paints are a 3 in 1 product. They are daytime visible (except the invisible green), glow in the dark and are UV blacklight reactive. Moon Glow products are great for birthdays, glow parties, raves, festivals, concerts, themed events or anywhere some enhanced glow effects are needed. Ultraviolet light not needed, but will make the colors glow at full brightness nonstop. Average glow time is 20-30 and will recharge with 5 minutes of light exposure.
