Shipping policy

Orders placed by 3PM EST will ship same day M-F. Exceptionally large orders may be bumped to the next business day. US Postal service shipping options also pick up on Saturdays. Once a package has left our facility, we cannot change the address or contents of the package nor can we make it deliver any sooner than it will under normal circumstances. In some cases the buyer can use the shippers website to change the delivery address for a fee only if the item is still in transit and not marked out for delivery.

Please ensure all shipping information provided is current and in full (apt/suite# etc). If we have a problem verifying the address, we will contact you right away via email. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is no reply to a shipping address inquiry. 

We ship with carriers UPS and US Postal service only. Most orders deliver anywhere between 2-5 days. Standard, expedited and express shipping options are available at checkout. Please contact us if your shipment is time sensitive or needs to be received by a specific date. We can assist you to ensure the correct shipping method is chosen to facilitate the delivery date needed.
