Opticz invisible blue UV ink is designed to go on invisible and glow bright blue when viewed in UV blacklight. It's a high quality fast drying blend ideal for discreetly marking a variety of surfaces. It's safe for external use on skin when used as directed and will also easily adhere to any textured surface. It's crystal clear in normal light and glows a brilliant blue when exposed to any type of blacklight. It's designed to stick and stay. On skin heavy scrubbing will remove it to some degree, but natural exfoliation is the only way it completely comes off.
